All classes include savasana, a therapeutic relaxation state, at the end of practice.  Savasana may include quiet time with soft music, guided visualization or a more deeply relaxing and healing Yoga Nidra -- Yoga Sleep technique.  Savasana is a Sanskrit word with a direct translation of "corpse pose."  Savanasa is achieved by lying on backs with arms upturned and angled away from the body, feet approximately mat width apart.
